look guys, i notice that our inactive members (zipzap & shotski) has been farm by LCN members. I suggest that we farm them instead of letting the outsider take all the resources. I am too far away from these bases, but perhaps those members who are near them can farm them?

PERMISSION IS GRANTED TO ALL MEMBERS TO FARM INACTIVE
MEMBERS YOU MUST FIRST NOTIFY THEM OF YOUR INTENT AND
IF AFTER 24 HR NO RESPONSE FARM AWAY
